🔐 Portal Access & Setup
Q: How do I access the new settlement portal?
- Go to https://exploregroup.us/settlements/
- Log in with the email that received the Microsoft setup invite.
- If you didn’t receive one or need it resent, reply to the settlement email or contact walt.niblock@exploregroup.us.
Q: What if the portal takes me to the old VAS site instead of the new one?
This happens sometimes. Make sure you’re on the correct link and logging in with the correct account. Always verify by typing in the account email you created access with.

Q: I don’t have a smartphone for Microsoft Authenticator. What do I do?
If you only have a landline, request a new setup invite. Alternate login arrangements can be provided.
Q: Can multiple emails sign in for one company?
Not yet. For now, only one email login per company is supported. More may be added later.
📤 Downloading & Using Data
Q: How do I download my settlement data?
- Click “View Report”
- Log-In using proper credentials.
- Expand Company level using the “+” on the left side of the screen. (BLUE)
- You can expand drivers to see in portal or export and all details will be downloaded.
- In the portal, click Data Matrix. (RED BOX)
- In the top-right corner, click the “…” menu. (YELLOW)
- Select Export Data.
Q: What if I can’t sign in or need settlements urgently?
If your account isn’t working yet, settlements can be sent by email temporarily — just request it.
🗂️ Transition from VAS to Explore Portal
Q: Where can I find older settlements?
- Older settlements are still on the VAS portal.
- They are being migrated into the new Explore system over the next weeks.
Q: Do I still need to use VAS for anything?
Only for historical settlements until the migration is complete.
