Explore Logistics SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: November 1, 2025
Introduction
By joining an SMS program provided by Explore Logistics, you agree to receive recurring text messages (including notifications, updates, reminders, and service-related messages) at the mobile number you provide, under these Terms that adhere to TCPA 2025 and CTIA Best Practices.
1. Opt-In Consent
In accordance with 2025 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. By opting in, you consent to receive messages from Explore Logistics only. Your consent is not shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.
You may opt in to our SMS program through methods such as:
- Web Form: Providing consent by checking a clearly labeled checkbox that explicitly states SMS program enrollment during the online opt-in process.
- Verbal Consent: Providing verbal consent after being read a compliant SMS consent disclosure.
2. Message Frequency
You will receive no more than approximately 3–5 messages per day, unless there is a notification event or time-sensitive update related to your services. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
3. Opt-Out Process
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Explore Logistics at any time by replying “STOP” to a message. You may also reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us at info@exploregroup.us
4. Terms of Consent
Your consent to receive SMS messages from Explore Logistics is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. You may receive informational, service-related, and account-related messages as described at the time of opt-in.
5. Privacy
Your mobile number and interaction data are handled in accordance with the Explore Logistics Privacy Policy available at
https://www.exploregroup.us/privacy-policy. We use this data solely to provide and manage SMS delivery, comply with applicable regulations, and improve our messaging programs.
6. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan. Explore Logistics is not responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier for SMS usage.
7. Record-Keeping & Compliance
Explore Logistics maintains detailed logs of opt-ins and opt-outs (including dates, times, and consent methods) to satisfy TCPA 2025 and other applicable proof-of-consent requirements.
8. Changes to Terms
Explore Logistics reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via SMS and/or posted online. Your continued participation in the SMS program after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
Message delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier network and other technical factors. Explore Logistics does not guarantee uninterrupted service or message delivery times and is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery.
