At Explore Logistics, protecting your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you opt into our SMS program. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, which comply with the 2025 Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Campaign Registry requirements, and CTIA Best Practices.

  • Message Interaction Data: Delivery and engagement metrics (such as delivery status and response keywords).
  • Consent Records: Timestamps and methods of opt-in (for example, web form, keyword, verbal, or paper).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To send SMS messages (notifications, updates, reminders, and service-related messages) in line with your opt-in preferences.
  • To demonstrate regulatory compliance with TCPA 2025, Campaign Registry, and CTIA guidelines.
  • To improve our messaging and measure engagement with our communications.

3. One-to-One Consent Requirement

Under the January 2024 FCC ruling, your opt-in consent applies solely to Explore Logistics. Your consent is not shared with, sold to, or assumed by third parties or affiliates unless you expressly agree.

4. Message Frequency & Data Rates

SMS message frequency will vary based on your interactions with Explore Logistics but will generally not exceed 3–5 messages per day unless there is a notification event or time‑sensitive update related to your services. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Please check your carrier’s terms for details.

5. Opt-Out & HELP Instructions

  • Text “STOP” to any message from Explore Logistics to unsubscribe immediately from that SMS program.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

  • We do not sell your mobile number or SMS-related data.
  • We may share your data with service providers (such as messaging platforms and carriers) solely to enable SMS delivery and support, subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
  • National Do Not Call Registry (DNC) protections apply to SMS. We honor existing DNC registrations unless you expressly opt in to receive messages from Explore Logistics.

7. Security of Your Information

Explore Logistics uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your SMS-related information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no security method or system can be guaranteed as completely secure.

8. Record-Keeping & Proof of Consent

Explore Logistics retains records of your opt-ins and opt-outs, including timestamps and consent methods, as needed to demonstrate compliance with TCPA 2025, Campaign Registry, and applicable carrier requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time as laws, regulations, or our practices change. Material changes will be communicated via SMS and/or posted on our website. Your continued participation in our SMS program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
